The Le Griddle Pro 40 Pro Series Plate Cover protects the cooking surface of your 40 Series griddle when not in use — keeping dust, pollen, debris, and outdoor elements off the cooking plate between sessions. Fits the Classic Series, Pro Series, and Commercial Series 40 models. Made from durable PVC 600D vinyl, designed and manufactured in France.

This is a plate-only cover — it sits directly over the cooking surface, not the full unit. It is not a replacement for the stainless steel lid (sold separately) but provides an economical way to keep the cooking plate clean between uses without installing a full lid. Recommended for any Le Griddle installation where the stainless lid is not being used.
