The Le Griddle Wee & Pro 40 Freestanding Cart converts your 40 Series built-in griddle into a fully mobile outdoor cooking station. Compatible with the Classic Series (GFE40/GEE40), the new Pro Series (OML40P3 & OML40P6), and the Commercial Series (OML40C6). Dual folding side shelves, enclosed base for LP tank or accessory storage, and locking casters for mobility and stability.

If you own a Le Griddle 40 Series griddle but don't have a built-in outdoor kitchen island, the GFCART40 cart is the purpose-built solution — designed by Le Griddle to fit these specific griddle dimensions, support the weight, and provide the airflow required for safe gas operation. Third-party carts are not rated or tested for Le Griddle use. Griddle and lid sold separately.

Dual Folding Side Shelves
Additional Prep Surface — Folds Flat for Storage
Two folding side shelves extend your usable work surface on both sides of the griddle. Each shelf supports approximately 20 lbs. Fold flat when not in use for compact storage or transport.
Enclosed Base Storage
LP Tank Bay or Accessory Storage
The enclosed cart base conceals a propane tank, hose, and accessories out of sight and protected from the elements. A clean, organized outdoor cooking station without visible clutter.
Locking Casters
Mobile When You Need It — Locked When You Don't
Heavy-duty casters allow full cart mobility for repositioning. Locking mechanism secures the cart in place during cooking so the unit won't move during use.
