At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor culinary setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return to confirm it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
