- This is the 38" model — The Cutlass Pro is RCS's heavy-duty built-in workhorse — cast stainless burners, blue LED knobs, and a ceramic infrared rear burner for rotisserie cooking. Designed for serious outdoor cooks who want built-in performance without the flagship price.
- Freestanding configuration — mounts to the matching RCS grill cart (sold separately or as a bundle). The cart includes dual fold-down side shelves, double access doors, heavy-duty swivel casters, and a propane tank holder.

- 20" Ceramic Infrared Rear Burner — 12,500 BTU infrared rotisserie burner. Pairs with the included stainless rotisserie motor, heavy forks, and rod for whole chickens, pork shoulders, and roasts.
- Solid Stainless Steel Cooking Grids & Warming Rack — heavy, non-coated stainless steel grids won't chip or peel and develop seasoning over time like cast iron without the maintenance.
- Blue LED Illuminated Control Knobs (120V) — LED-backlit knobs confirm burner status. Requires 120V connection at the island.
- High-Intensity Interior Halogen Lights (120V) — full cooking surface illumination for evening sessions. Requires 120V.
