The natural wood fire creates the perfect environment for artisan-style pizzas with crispy crusts. A pizza scoop is included for easy handling. Cook by feel — no thermometer is included as temperature varies with surroundings, wood type, and cloche opening size. For optimal heat distribution, generate heat from the sides of the base rather than placing a large fire in the center. Fits OFYR Classic 85 / Classic Storage 85 models. |
