Which Heaters Work with Duplex Stack Switches? Duplex stack switches are designed exclusively for Infratech WD-Series dual element heaters (WD-3024, WD-4024, WD-5024, WD-6024 and all voltage variants). They are NOT compatible with single element heaters (C-Series, W-Series, SL-Series) or Motif Collection CD-Series heaters. How Does Half Power / Full Power Work? WD-Series heaters have two heating elements. Each duplex switch controls both elements independently. Turn on one element for approximately half heat output. Turn on both elements for full power. This gives you simple three-level control without needing a dimmer or relay panel. Single vs. Dual Switch: This dual switch controls two WD-Series heaters from one wall location.
