Your cooking surface is made from heavy-gauged stainless steel designed to distribute heat evenly across your cooking surface and is designed to take on the abuse of wear and tear while keeping its stainless steel finish.
The cooking surface measures 400 square inches in cooking space enough to fit 15 burgers at once or multiple dishes with its dual zone cooking surface.
